You may need a condition report for a number of reasons. For home owners this may be for the selling or buying or a property or you may need to find out the condition of an installation following a flood or fire. For commercial premises you may be coming to the end of an existing certificate and you need to ensure that all of your electrical equipment is up to standard to adhere to the HSW Act which imposes duty of care on employers.

- the identification of installation defects and departures from the requirements of these regulations that may give rise to danger
