Balham lighting in the full house rewire project
The property needed complete electrical rewiring and at the same, provision for basic data and TV expansions. Whilst the work was to be carried out we also had to provide additional support for telephone rewiring too.
The project had many different elements and a detailed and planned schedule was in operation which required the co-ordination of several different trades at the same time.
Bespoke lighting system
We worked closely with the builders on this project as we had to work around their schedule to provide adequate power to not only their tools but to parts of the house that were still occupied.
The planning of the layout for the electrics was carried out with a lot of care. The switches and lighting modules were positioned to offer maximum practical use and minimum effort for upgrading in the future.
An LD2 smoke alarm system was designed and installed to comply with building regulations and the kitchen was specially designed by the customer and was bespoke-made in a workshop.
As the kitchen was a bespoke creation, we had to work around slightly different dimensions to those you would expect from normal commercial units. We were, however, able to complete the work within the allotted time frame and within budget.
