MD Bespoke Solutions were contacted to take on this project. After living at the property for many years, our client wanted to transform her tired looking house into a modern, light-filled home.
We worked closely with the client throughout this project. Each stage was detailed and planned thoroughly to make sure we created the desired look and met all the clients’ requirements.
The works comprised of revamping all the areas of the house and covered a wide range of repairs and alterations, and some new additions.
At the client’s request we have added some extra plug sockets, and also TV and data cables to enable the property to be future proofed and have the capabilities of becoming a smart home in the future.
We re-plastered all the ceilings and all of the walls. When painting, we used subtle, muted colours to create a soothing environment throughout.
The freshly painted wooden balustrades on the staircase gave the entrance and hallway a revived and tasteful look.
The loft room had a revamp as well. We installed new sockets, spotlights, replastered and painted the ceilings. The client opted for a wallpaper in a classic style. It’s symmetry and balance gave the room a formal look.
The highlight of this project was the design and installation of a brand-new spacious bathroom with new tile flooring and a walk-in shower. When we removed the old bathroom and tiles some of the walls were of a poor standard and quite damaged. Our next step was to make all walls good and watertight prior to tiling and installing all the other accessories.
The client was very pleased with the finished results and we were happy that we managed to fulfil their expectations.
