From the 1st of July 2020, new legislations are in place which require all private rental premises to have regular Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) carried out. Failure to meet these new requirements can result in substantial fines.

- Parking and any other charges will be applied in addition to the listed prices
- Fire and smoke alarm recommendations will be included in the final EICR we provide
- Free estimates will be given for any of the recommendations for non-compliances identified
- Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) can be provided for an additional £30 + VAT. This covers up to 10 appliances. Additional appliances are £3 per unit.
- Landlord's reduced prices are only applicable when we test minimum 2 properties per year. Discounted fee applies/starts after 2nd property is tested.
