MD Bespoke were called to visit a terraced house in Surbiton to carry our extensive rewiring following major modernisation of the property.
One of the major tasks was the replacement of the consumer unit and installation of new sockets and switches as we had to be careful of the newly decorated walls and replacement carpets. As we knew the homeowners would be using a wide variety of electrical devices, we installed 2 double RCDs so they were confident of having a safe supply of power at all times.

New and improved LED lighting
To keep within the modernisation of the property, we advised on using the latest LED downlights throughout. We only use fire-rated downlights to give maximum protection and coupled with new ‘powersaving’ technology the LED lights will offer even more saving on utility bills over time.
Added Security
We also installed exterior lights at the front and rear of the property to give added security and peace of mind. The lights were IP rated to give even more protection from tampering.
Complete Electrical Solution
After we had completed the full rewiring and socket installation we carried out a full safety test to comply with building regulations and provided the client with a certificate to confirm all was safe.
